Everything DiSC

Everything DiSC® is a personal development learning experience that measures preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: D, i, S, and C, through application of theory. The result: a more engaged, collaborative workforce that can spark meaningful culture improvement through better leadership opportunity.

Extended DiSC

Extended DiSC® analyses the subconscious elements of an individual’s behaviour – their ingrained, hardwired behaviour – rather than the adjusted behaviour – that which is adapted to the organisational environment – which is measured in Everything DiSC. It still uses the four basic styles through application of theory to create opportunity for more effective leadership as engagement and collaboration stems from developed behavioural knowledge.
