The first dimension to success is.. Vision and values 
Vision always comes first. Always. If you have a clear line of sight…  and purpose aligned to team vision, you will design the right strategy and tactical plan to achieve your vision.  If you don’t have a clear vision, no strategy will save you.
As a leader, it’s critical to have clarity. Setting a clear Vision, getting clarity of direction and purpose, can ignite passion and meaningful actions for teams. In today’s connected world, employees seek meaning in their roles, and what they do on a daily basis.

The second dimension to success is.. Intentional Leadership
A Leader requires the skills, acumen and confidence to influence and encourage their team to achieve individual and team targets along with organisational performance objectives.  Intentional Leadership is both a mindset and skill set and at the heart of this powerful programme.

The third dimension to success is.. Clarity of an executable tactical plan

In an executable tactical plan, where high level thinking occurs, strategy is reviewed to align tactical planning and actions based on priorities. All designed to help the team navigate challenges, obstacles and uncertainty in the new world of working. Clarity and focus is key to achieving the business or team outcomes.  
All Leaders require time out to reflect on the vision and future.  If you have articulated a plan, but find the team distracted and going off track, then the only failure of many teams and individuals is that they do not have the essence of a bigger picture or purpose. The biggest failing of a Leader is NOT taking time out to reflect and reset plans along the way.
